

It enables parties to enter into frank and open discussions, encouraging settlements that save both the parties and the courts time and money. Many legal systems recognise the value in allowing such communications. The opposing party will be forbidden from referring to the without prejudice communication in the court proceedings, except perhaps when the issue of costs is being decided. It allows parties involved in settlements, compromises, negotiations and mediations the right to make offers and concessions in the interest of resolving a dispute without harming (prejudicing) their formal positions.

She also hosted two seasons of TLC’s reality show, “One Week to Save Your Marriage” as well as GSN’s reality game show, “Without Prejudice?”.ĭr. She was the relationship contributor to Investigation Discovery Network’s Scorned, for 6 seasons, which presented reenactment and analysis of marital homicide stories. She is currently the Executive Producer and Host of a Facebook Live Show called Talking Live on Facebook Watch right in the heart of Times Square, where she interviews prominent and pro-social personalities of the day weekly. Ludwig has been appearing on broadcast media since 1997 and is sought after for her psychological insights on a wide range of topics.
